For the past 7 years, HR Focus has been imbibing a business sense in tertiary students through Business Challenge. Previously, Business Challenge was a business case study competition but has evolved into a hands-on business sense competition.

The competition, in addition to tasking participants, offers training and coaching for life skills essential for business success in school and beyond.
